Breeding

 

Wagyu Chile has developed a breeding and feeding program based on the crossing of Wagyu x Black Angus and fullblood wagyu. Currently 50% of our cattle is Wagyu F1, 30% Wagyu F2, 10% Wagyu F3 and 10% fullblood wagyu. The genetic base for this program is given by descendants from Fukutsuru 068, Hirashigetayasu and Michifuku, bulls recognized by their high capacity of marbling.The company imported the original embrios in 1999.
